Vegetarian or Pescatarian?

Day two of no meat was the day of the Peanut butter. Peter Pan Honey Roast to be exact. I’m shoveling it into my face by the spoonful. You see, I hate 99% of all vegetables. The texture of them makes me literally sick to my stomach when I try to eat them. The canned pinto beans that I love are seasoned with pork fat, so I can’t even eat those. Man… I’m going have to learn to make my own beans or some such nonsense.

I’m heavily considering adding fish back into my diet. I never went into this thinking I was going to be a vegan, a vegetarian, a pescatarian, or any of the other atarians on the list. I was just sad about eating the cows and the chickens and the pigs. I’m not sad about eating the fish. Maybe I should be sad about the fish.

I cooked some baked potatoes and rice for dinner, but I’m going to weigh 400 pounds by 2023 if I don’t find more foods that I can stomach.
